Since the launch of Waitrose & Partners' rebrand in September, we've been busy with the brand implementation and have now completed our 9th store of the year.
Throughout this process, we’ve enhanced the customer experience by reviewing brand presence at every point along the customer journey, ensuring maximum visibility and brand prominence, and delivering the Pentagram design consistently across a wide variety of architectural styles.
This project is harmonised with the planned refurbishment and regeneration of the Waitrose estate, so we are working across the whole store - from the external approach, car parks and store entrance right through to the store interior, ensuring every detail is considered to help enhance the customer experience at every brand touchpoint.
We're so pleased with the transformation at each site we have worked on so far, and are busy working on upcoming store refurbishment projects to continue the implementation.
