How do you bring your brand identity in-line with your brand ambition?

Our working relationship with Hi-Tec began in 2011 when they approached us with a new brand vision. Their dated brand identity no longer reflected their strong market position and they needed our help to change this. Hi-Tec were, and still are, market leaders in spray technology; offering not only supply and maintenance of the industries latest advances but the design and implementation of larger spray systems.

They had formed strong relationships with the industry’s elite manufacturers and wanted a brand that would instil trust in their customers and reflect their comprehensive product offering, experience and knowledge.

We worked with Hi-Tec to develop a strong and modernised visual identity which elevated their web channels, stationery, uniforms and fleet in line with their goals for the future. All of these physical outcomes as well as the use of assets such as the logo, colours, photography and the company tone of voice were compiled into a brand manual. This manual was a key tool to ensure that other agencies and Hi-Tec employees could understand the brand identity and apply the assets consistently across all collateral.

We formed a strong relationship with Hi-Tec and since this project have continued to act as brand guardians for them, offering guidance and development on new ways to ensure a consistent customer and employee experience. This has involved website re-skins and refreshed vehicle livery to align with new technology and vehicle models.

We have also developed further logos and visual identities for new e-commerce brands; Spray Direct and Pumps Direct, to reflect the style of the overall Hi-Tec brand, and have since supported in the enhancement of these for digital applications such as video logo endings and Google ads.

We are now working with Hi-Tec on two further brand development pieces and look forward to being able to share these with you soon.
