How do you create a positive and engaging university experience to welcome students back after a duration of remote learning?
When students choose a university, they not only select a place of academic excellence which starts them on the right path towards their dream career, they also look for a destination that provides them with a reassuring and exciting first step away from their parental home, where for the first time they are in charge of making their own decisions.
Throughout the pandemic, many students have missed this new move into independence, making the university experience even more crucial than ever as we welcome students back to on-site learning. It is key that universities mark themselves out from their competition by delivering a great brand experience across the whole ‘student journey’ - building on the community feeling and encouraging connections between diverse but like-minded individuals across every touchpoint - from websites and social media to on-site journeys and experiences.
Here at Integrity, we bring together the disciplines of brand strategy and management, experience design, information design and implementation management to provide a complete service for universities and accommodation providers looking to impress students, engage audiences, and improve overall public perception.
We’ve worked with a collection of universities including Bournemouth University, University of Northampton and Liverpool John Moores University, delivering a wide range of services.
Our work often begins with a brand strategy review, where we understand how universities want to be perceived and work with them to make this happen. This includes a strategic review of their spaces and campus environments and the design and implementation of a refreshed experience - from on-line to on-site - from marketing materials to signage and wayfinding.
