We're experts at employee engagement. When employees are engaged with your culture, vision and values, they think and act more positively. As the face of your brand, they decide whether a customer has a positive or negative experience, which then affects brand perception and reputation.
One of our favourite employee engagement projects was in 2007 when we facilitated brand workshops for Virgin Galactic. We brought together their whole team, from Accountants to Astronauts; Engineers to Doctors! The workshop enabled us to distill the organisation’s values and articulate their purpose – not just the advancement of human space travel but more importantly, the awe-inspiring opportunity to open the eyes of their passengers to understand the vulnerability of our planet and encourage greater environmental responsibility.
