We partnered with Ordnance Survey (OS) to create a scalable co-branding system and refreshed internal brand code, ensuring consistent application across almost 1,000 partners. Working closely with OS’s internal team, we developed a flexible partner brand mark, practical guidelines, and toolkits that balanced OS’s strong identity with partner individuality. The refreshed brand code unified colours, logos, and messaging, giving OS a clear, cohesive framework that strengthened recognition, simplified application, and supported confident brand use across all touchpoints.
Through stakeholder workshops and interviews with OS’s key teams and partners, we designed a brand mark system that addressed inconsistencies across sectors. Our rollout included detailed guidelines, webinars, and one-to-one support for early adopters. Following its success, we led a brand code refresh with OS’s internal brand team, aligning their leisure and business brands into a single, unified framework. The result is a vibrant, adaptable identity that empowers OS to apply the brand consistently and confidently across all platforms.
