They know that a great customer experience doesn’t just happen – it needs careful design and an expert eye. That’s why Integrity work on every new store and store refurbishment to make sure that the customer’s journey from home to store and back again is well thought through and expertly designed.

Our work begins before the process of construction even starts. We review plans and architect proposals to assess pedestrian and vehicle traffic flows, visibility issues, and car park design challenges. We get involved in the nitty gritty details of exactly how the signage and customer journey elements will be deployed at every new and refurbished store.

Once a store design is agreed and in construction, we ensure that all brand elements are properly implemented, and manage signage contractors on Waitrose & Partner’s behalf to make sure every last detail is covered.
